Delivery & Warranty 

You should have been emailed tracking on dispatch, please check your junk folders. Your bike and or parts will be sent via courier, your tracking reference number can be found on the invoice attached. Check out our delivery section for full details on couriers and delivery times. Note: Small lower value items may be sent without tracking. If you still do not have your tracking email, please fill in our tracking form, found here.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days. Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Please click here to go to our online returns form.
If you have a warranty claim inline with our terms and conditions our team will gladly assist you in getting your item fixed or replaced.

Important - 1 week service

As your bike will have been sent to you via mail order, it is your responsibility to ensure it has been assembled correctly. We allow you to assemble by yourself. However you must get a 1 week service by a qualified bicycle shop technician in order to qualify for your warranty. This is to ensure you have assembled your bicycle correctly and that everything is adjusted correctly e.g. spokes will need tightening, maybe your chain is too loose, brakes not set correctly, tyre pressure incorrect etc. If you do not have your 1 week service record (signed and stamped receipt), then your warranty is invalid.

Bike Maintenance

Brakes can squeal due to a couple of things, make sure the braking surface is clean and free of oil/grime etc, then try "toeing brake pads in". Youtube has some great how to videos on toeing brake pads in, or you can speak with your local bicycle shop. For full instructions please see our PDI, located here.
Pegs can be fitted to you mafia bike, we use a 10mm front axle and a 12mm rear. At this time there are no 12mm pegs on the market but you can use 14mm pegs and make sure they are sat perfectly central on the axle. Alternatively, you could get 10mm pegs and drill out the rear in order to achieve the correct fitment. Remember adding pegs can affect your warranty for the future.
Some bikes in our range use a style where the top cap directly screws into the fork itself. These are tightened in the same way as conventional top caps so please make sure to loosen your side stem bolts before attempting to adjust the top cap.

FAQ

The Supermain is our new chromoly aftermarket complete bike. There are a few differences between it and the Madmain to achieve a lighter and stronger bike for riders who are slightly more experienced.
