TT190-R

The “R” stands for “Race”.

Racing is something Kayo knows a lot about.  The factory was initially inspired by the Stomp Racing Team in the early noughties. Later, utilizing Stomps engineering know-how, Kayo went on to develop their own race team, race bikes and race focused company ethos. Initially pushing the Kayo brand hard in China to completely dominate the domestic racing scene.

Kayo is now a global brand and the TT190-R is their pinnacle, out-of-the box racing bike, dedicated to serious pit bike racers.

The driving force for the TT190-R is the well proven Zhongshen 190cc, an engine which has dominated pit bike racing all over the world for many years.  This race focused powertrain coupled with fully adjustable Fastace forks and DNM rear shock, provide the basis for a well-engineered package that’s guaranteed to get you the hole-shot and allow you to clear the biggest tables on the dirt.

To put the power down, the TT190-R comes with some gnarly Kenda inspired MX pattern tyres and weight has been shaved thanks to the alloy swingarm and light weight brakes. The soundtrack is provided by the race engineered, light weight stainless steel Kayo exhaust and to keep that monster engine breathing cleanly the TT190-R features a fully enclosed air box.  The huge rear suspension travel is class leading on this bike, all-in-all, nothing comes close out of the crate.

Kayo is hands down the largest manufacturer of pit bikes in the world today, dwarfing Honda with massive volume and the hi tech robot welding lines to match the demand of their bikes.

The TT190-R takes advantage of the gigantic leaps Kayo has taken in the industry over the past 20 years.  Precision welding, the best available component suppliers, insane attention to detail and robustness to match the Japanese manufacturers.

There is nothing else on the market that’s this well considered and that’s before you cast your eyes across the jaw dropping plastics and graphics.

Whether you are a hardened field racer ready to do battle with your friends or kitted-up ready to race professionally around the track, the TT190-R has you covered for many years to come.  Just be extremely careful not to brag too much to your friends, because jealousy can be a dangerous thing!
